Women’s Prize Live: Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

The Women’s Prize for Fiction is delighted to offer Intelligence Squared subscribers a free (virtual) front row seat for a special evening with Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, who has just been voted the Women’s Prize’s ‘Winner of Winners’ for her novel Half of a Yellow Sun in a public vote to celebrate 25 years of the Prize.

Chimamanda will discuss her writing process, inspirations and career live from Lagos, Nigeria, including a behind-the-scenes film of the author in her Lagos home. Plus, a well-known actor (to be revealed) will perform a reading from Half of a Yellow Sun.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to Ms. Adichie in a live audience Q&A session, chaired by Kate Mosse, Founder Director of the Women’s Prize for Fiction and bestselling novelist.

Don’t miss the chance to join us for this unmissable evening – the final event in the Prize’s 25th anniversary year of #ReadingWomen.

We’d be delighted if you’d also like to make a donation to the Women’s Prize Trust, your support enables us to empower women at the start of their writing journey to raise their voice and own their story, regardless of their age or background.
